ST. MARY SCHOOL

Middle School

St. Mary's Middle School

(6th, 7th, and 8th Grades)

The middle schoolers at Saint Mary School work together to know, love, and serve the Lord.  Through service and love of others, they strive to live as Jesus taught us.  Service to the students in the school and to the community is important to the middle school.  You will see them mentoring the younger students within our School Families, helping at Bingo Night, Oktoberfest, and testing younger students on our school-wide Passport Program.

The middle school has a well-rounded and challenging curriculum that includes religion, history, integrated science, literature, English, independent math/math/pre-algebra/algebra/geometry, physical education, art, technology, and a weekly elective class. Additionally, this year's 8th graders will participate in our monthly maritime Sea Lions program. Middle schoolers are encouraged to participate in drama, student council, and to join sports programs at their local public middle schools. Both parents and students have access to the online grade book allowing them to view grades, monitor real time progress, and check for missing assignments. Together with families, we provide the tools to prepare our students for academic success.
